Fibonacci Numbers - Forex and make huge profits

Fibonacci series and Fibonacci retracements are a tool used by forex traders to help enter and exit trading signals for better market timing and more benefits in general. Here you will find everything you need to know about using Fibonacci numbers and setbacks for big profits.

Leonardo Fibonacci was a famous Italian mathematician who lived in 13th century Italy The Fibonacci sequence was first printed in the Liber Abaci, in 1202.

The book introduces Hindu-Arabic numbers to European mathematics to replace Roman numerals but the number sequence was actually devised to solve this problem:

How many pairs of rabbits will be produced from a single pair, if each month each pair produces a couple more, that since the second month, began producing more rabbits again and so on.

This is the sequence that solved the problem.

Each number is the sum of the two previous numbers: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 ...

When applied to foreign exchange transactions is the coefficients derived from the sequence, used in the forex charts and are 236, 0.50, 382, 618, etc.

These Fibonacci retracements can be used to support the land market and devotees of the sequence used to enter trading signals.

The two reverse Fibonacci percentage levels that are considered the most critical are: 38.2% and 62.8%.

Significant others are: 75%, 50% and 33%.

So by buying these setbacks that you can make big profits Fibonacci as devotees say they work for a scientific law - But can you make money doing this?

Of course you can not, is one of the theories more ridiculous to use in forex and simply never works.

This does not mean in any way mock the work of Leonardo Fibonacci was a man of brilliant mathematical talent, but levels have nothing to do with trade!

Leonardo Fibonacci If alive today, would probably be puzzled at the way that his theory has been applied to an area but it was never supposed to apply.

The myth that the Fibonacci series can be applied to trading has been sold by vendors who see a good story and sell it.

It's mystical appeal to the crowd to investment - the losers and dreamers.

These suppliers sell forex trading systems based on it and of course do not work. These vendors claim sequence is part of natural resources law, which says human psychology is constant and therefore repeats according to the numbers.

The human nature is predictable and not scientific anyway, human beings do not conform to the natural law of their beings that are emotional and unpredictable.

Try them and see if they work.

They do sometimes - but choosing any setback level you like and that works sometimes - but that is not scientific! To be scientific, by definition, must work ALL the time.

If it is scientific who must work all the time! This is common sense and we all know from school but still huge numbers of currency traders believe that the work and pay for his folly with losses

The sequence number is much in the theories of Elliot Wave and Gann which are other scientific theories that seek to predict the future and can make you rich.

How accurate are they?

As accurate as your horoscope.

As we have said - If it is a theory science must work all the time, otherwise it's NOT a scientific theory by definition.

If they did then would not need vendors selling of a few hundred dollars - you could stay calm and make a fortune without having to give them money ..

Trade is a game of probabilities - not certainties, and if you do not understand this fact, lose - forget science, can not be used, but you can trade the odds and win.

Trusting your currency trading strategy a theory based on the copulation of rabbits, is not a way to make money, so let the Fibonacci series to the investment crowd and concentrate on working away in a Forex education is based on logic, not mysticism.
