Forex Reserve India

It is often said that foreign currency to increase exports and reduce imports.?
It is often said to increase exports and foreign exchange imports are reduced. But suppose, for example: If the U.S. is exporting products to India, India and pay in dollars, then the foreign exchange reserves India's fall, but since the U.S. is there anyway to receive $ (and not rupees) that foreign exchange reserves will not increase. Moreover, if India chooses to pay in rupees then the U.S. foreign exchange reserves increase, but foreign exchange reserves of India is not going to diminish, and you're paying in rupees and not $. Can anyone clearly explain the conflict between the first statement and the example given? It seems I've really asked a gorilla!
in international trade is not a coin trade agreement that trade partener. as you mentioned the U.S. case and India is U.S. $ commanly and widly accepted world wide currency rupee but there india .. so if that both countries decide to trade among themselves, whatever the currency of the importing country will lose some wealth.also any issue of currency must be backed by assets. as the question of the most loses its value.

Financial Derivatives In India $35.75 In recent years, complex financial products - such as asset-backed securities, derivatives, credit-default swaps, and collateralised debt obligations - have proliferated in developing countries. These products have become highly popular with banks and financial institutions as they allow them to hedge their risks and manage their financial resources more efficiently. Although various structured products have enabled the transfer of risks and enhanced the liquidity of instruments, the recent turmoil in the US sub-prime mortgage market and related developments connected with complex derivatives have also brought to the fore the risks posed by these instruments.
